About Bioware
Welcome to the Bioware webserver for the Clinical Bioinformatics lab. This server contains several tools for short linear motif discovery and peptide characterisation and related analysis of proteomics data. The tools are hosted by the Shields' Lab, Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research and Complex and Adaptive Systems Laboratory, in University College Dublin. The development is carried out in the Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research at University College Dublin (Dublin, Ireland) in conjunction with Rich Edwards (Centre for Biological Science at University of Southampton (Southampton, England)) and Gibson Team (European Molecular Biology Laboratories (Heidelberg, Germany)) and Norman Davey (UCSF).
